Part 2: Country of Origin – General Rules (09/05/2013 Class)

Class focused on implication of Country of Origin and how they influence various areas of international trade. Country of Origin laws were discussed in the context of marking, labeling, procurement, duty rates, free trade agreements, and domestic “Made in USA” applicability. Instructor attempted to introduce analytical framework for analyzing country of origin questions on the Customs Broker License Examination.
