Part 14: Antidumping & Countervailing Duties (March 2014 Lecture)

This U.S. Customs Broker License Examination Class focuses on the U.S. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty law and how it is being tested on the customs broker exam.  Class introduces general concepts underlying imposition of antidumping and countervailing duties within World Trade Organization framework and U.S. law.  Through examples and previous customs broker exam questions, lecture illustrates role of Customs and Border Protection as an administrative agency, collector, and enforcer of antidumping and countervailing duty laws.  Focus on the class is to prepare prospective examinees to answer questions related to antidumping and countervailing duties on the customs broker examination.
