Parts 26-31 of NAFTA CBE Lecture Series (Apr. 2017 Customs Broker Exam Lecture Series on North American Free Trade Agreement or NAFTA)

North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) was replaced by United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). USMCA became effective on July 1, 2020. Notwithstanding NAFTA’s replacement by USMCA, the forthcoming U.S. Customs Broker License Examination (CBE), will focus on materials that still have NAFTA codified or promulgated. As a result, knowledge of NAFTA is still relevant for the forthcoming CBE, which is scheduled to take place on October 8, 2020.

To assist with preparation with forthcoming CBE, we are rolling out a series of lectures focused on NAFTA in the context of CBE. The lectures took place during class preparing for April 2017 Customs Broker License Examination.  This is a final roll out for the NAFTA series.
